Captain Amaro Pargo has traveled the ocean on his many ships, winning the hearts of those from his homeland in Spain and the fear and respect of his rivals across the seven seas. He has arrived in Black Sand Bay with his most recent ship, Freedom’s Revenge, aiming to take governorship of the port. His loyal crew supports his reputation in the town as a generous leader, but warns the townsfolk never to question him about the origin of his ship’s name.

George II, King of Great Britain and Ireland, and his wife Queen Caroline have made the voyage to Black Sand Bay to recruit for the Royal Navy. These glorious monarchs have provided the port town with copious amounts of rum and grog, therefor the pirates have been forced to play gracious hosts so they may partake in these much-needed gifts. The life of a pirate may seem enticing, but do not make up your mind until you have met this charismatic King and Queen! The Royal Navy may indeed be the life for you.

Raptor Events’ master falconer showcases the captivating art of falconry, a favored sport of the nobility of medieval Europe. Majestic birds of prey soar through the sky as they beat their wings in pursuit of their quarry. Conservation and animal education are at the core of the Raptor Events mission. After-show activities include a meet-and-greet with the falconer and his feathered assistants. As part of their company of conservation ambassadors, Raptor Events also displays a variety of reptile species, offering an engaging experience for a wide range of animal enthusiasts.

Baksana music and dance ensemble performs colorful pieces inspired by eastern lands. Adventure, passion, and humor combine to tell stories through movements. “Baksana” is Turkish for “Hey! Over here!” which compliments their energetic and captivating presence. Swords, veils, assaya, cymbals, and lots of improvisation are used to create unique audience experiences.

Wings Aerial Acrobats is setting course to Black Sand Bay, where the performers will display both daring and delightful feats of skill – tumbling, twisting, spinning, and dropping through the air on the finest silks and steel hoops. Their exhilarating and dynamic acts are sure to entertain all the hearties, from the young lads and lasses to the old seadogs.

The Scuppermonkeys are a Seattle-based Irish pub band with a pirate habit! We perform traditional tunes and drinking songs, Irish rebel and folk music, roaring sea shanties, stirring ballads, and much, much more, all with a healthy helping of swashbuckling! Featuring strong vocals, acoustic guitar, bodhrán, fiddle, Irish whistle, and more, The Scuppermonkeys’ sound is characterized by foot-stomping rhythm and melodies you just can’t help but sing along to!
